Why Have a Colonic?
Colonics help keep the colon clean. Waste matter ie impacted faeces, dead cellular tissue and accumulated excess mucous can become a breeding ground for parasites and worms.
With regular colonics this toxic material is broken down and removed quickly so it can no longer harm your body by being reabsorbed back into the blood stream making you feel unwell, weak and tired.
They help to improve and strengthen elimination, helping you to feel rejuvenated. The large intestine is a smooth muscle, which over time can become sluggish as a result of a build up of material on the colon wall, resulting in constipation.
A series of treatments can help to remove this debris allowing it to exercise the peristaltic ‘caterpillar’ like action which regulates and strengthens the tone of the colon. This promotes an easier evacuation.
A build up of toxic waste matter can distort and stretch the shape of the large intestine and colonics can help to reshape it. Impacted materials impair the colon's ability to assimilate minerals and vitamins. |
